摘　　要：目的探讨利拉鲁肽的合理应用及胃肠道不良反应的药学监护方法,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法临床药师结合文献对1例2型糖尿病患者使用利拉鲁肽致严重恶心、呕吐的病例进行分析和讨论,探讨其不良反应发生的机制及关联性评价,对药物用法用量、合理应对不良反应等方面进行药学监护。结果药师在应对利拉鲁肽致胃肠道不良反应中可以发挥积极的作用,对合理使用药物、正确防范药物不良反应提出处理建议。结论临床药师积极实施药学监护,协同临床医师优化治疗方案,有利于提高患者用药安全性与依从性。Objective To explore the rational application of liraglutide and pharmaceutical care methods of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,providing reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods Clinical pharmacists analyzed and discussed a case of severe nausea and vomiting caused by liraglutide in type 2 diabetes patients based on literature,explored the mechanism and correlation evaluation of adverse reactions,and performed pharmaceutical supervision in the use of drugs,reasonable response to adverse reactions.Results Pharmacists could play an active role in dealing with the gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by liraglutide,and put forward treatment suggestions on the rational use of drugs and the correct prevention and treatment of adverse reactions.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists actively implement pharmaceutical care and cooperate with clinicians to optimize treatment plan,which helps to improve drug safety and compliance of patients.
