摘　　要：临床药师全程参与频复发型肾病综合征合并幽门螺杆菌感染患儿的药物治疗,结合疾病与用药特点,从药物选择、疗效、不良反应及用药依从性方面进行分析,协助医生制定合理有效的治疗方案,并对患儿开展个体化用药宣教。临床药师利用自身专业优势为临床医生及患儿提供有效、优质服务,避免了患儿不适宜地使用大剂量激素冲击治疗或进行肾脏穿刺加用其他免疫抑制剂治疗,提高了患儿的用药依从性、减少了半年内的复发次数。Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a child with frequently relapsing nephrotic syndrome complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection,analyzed the drug selection,efficacy,adverse drug reactions and medication adherence based on the characteristics of the disease and medication,assisted doctors to formulate reasonable and effective treatment plans,and provided individualized medication education for children.Using their professional advantages,clinical pharmacists provided effective and high-quality services for clinicians and children,avoiding the inappropriate use of high-dose hormone shock therapy or renal puncture plus other immunosuppressive treatments,and improving the children′s medication adherence and reducing the number of recurrences within half a year.
