摘　　要：缺血性脑卒中(IS)是局部脑血流突然中断导致相应神经功能缺损的脑血管病,是世界范围内引起死亡和残疾的主要原因之一。由于需要严格的治疗时间窗,大多数患者难以紧急恢复脑血流,IS的治疗手段非常有限,因此迫切需要新的治疗策略。黄连素又名小檗碱,是广泛存在于黄连、黄柏、小檗等中草药的天然生物碱,不良反应少,具有广泛的药理活性,对多种疾病具有潜在治疗作用。本文对黄连素治疗IS的作用机制进行综述,为进一步的机制研究和临床应用提供思路。Ischemic stroke(IS),as a cerebrovascular disease,is caused by sudden interruption of local cerebral blood flow and subsequent neurological impairment,which is one of the major causes of death and disability worldwide.Due to the short treatment window,it is difficult for most patients to restore cerebral blood flow urgently.Thus,the treatment options for IS are very limited and new treatment strategies are urgently needed.Berberine is a natural alkaloid widely existing in Coptis chinensis,Cortex phellodendri and Berberis vulgaris,with fewer adverse reactions and a wide range of pharmacological activities.Berberine has potential therapeutic effects on a variety of diseases.In this paper,the mechanism of action of berberine in the treatment of IS is reviewed to provide ideas for further research and clinical application.
