摘　　要：法是人类文明成果,肇始于人类对自然的敬畏、对生命的尊重、对自然法则的遵循,在阵痛、蜕变和新生中,展现了人类面对自然、面对自身,逐步自觉自主掌握命运的不平凡历程;家庭是法生长的第一现场,社区是法扩展的第一空间,国家是法效力空间的最大边界,地理空间关系是法、法律变迁至关重要的自然因素和社会条件,这是大历史的逻辑。法是人类理性的选择,是由自然法、民间法、国家法构成的有机系统;自然法是国家法的基本遵循,民间法是国家法的生活滋养,国家法贯通自然法、民间法;国家法、民间法、自然法互为依存,共同构筑人类和谐、社会和睦。法治是美好生活方式,对国家治理而言,法治为国家长治久安稳固基石;对社会治理而言,法治为全面形成社会秩序奠定规则基础;对公民个人而言,法治是秩序的根本保障,倡导理性、规则、包容、平衡、诚信。As a result of human civilization,law originated from human’s reverence for nature,respect for life,and adherence to the laws of nature.In pain,transformation,and rebirth,it shows the extraordinary process of human facing nature,facing themselves,and gradually consciously controlling their destiny.The family is the first scene of the growth of law,the community is the first space for the expansion of law,the country is the largest boundary of the space for the effectiveness of law,and the geographical spatial relationship is the vital natural factor and social condition for the law and the change of law,which is the logic of the great history.Law is a rational choice of human beings and an organic system composed of natural law,folk law,and national law.Natural law is what national law basically complies with,and folk law is where national law is nourished.National law connects natural law and folk law.National law,folk law,and natural law depend on each other to build human harmony and social harmony.The rule of law is a good way of life.For national governance,the rule of law is a solid foundation for long-term stability of the country.As far as social governance is concerned,the rule of law lays the rule foundation for the overall formation of social order.For individual citizens,the rule of law is the fundamental guarantee of order,advocating rationality,rules,tolerance,balance,and integrity.
