摘  要:针对油田日益严重的套管腐蚀问题,研究套管腐蚀机理并寻求可供替代的耐蚀材料,是解决套管腐蚀的根本途径。模拟长庆油田现场腐蚀工况,研究了J55、3Cr 2种材料在CO_(2)分压1.0 MPa、H_(2)S分压0.3 MPa、温度60℃环境中的腐蚀行为,并通过扫描电镜、能谱和X射线衍射等手段分析了这2种材料的腐蚀产物形貌和腐蚀产物组分。结果表明:Cr元素在腐蚀产物膜中的富集及Cr(OH)_(3)的形成,改善了腐蚀产物的稳定性和致密性,从而使3Cr表现出比J55更好的抗腐蚀性能。CO_(2)和H_(2)S共存环境中,H_(2)S腐蚀起控制性主导作用。CO_(2)腐蚀中生成的疏松状腐蚀产物膜,使得J55和3Cr的均匀腐蚀速率比在单独H_(2)S和H_(2)S与CO_(2)共存环境中的均匀腐蚀速率更高。Studying casing corrosion mechanism and seeking alternative corrosion-resistant materials are the fundamental ways to slove the increasingly serious problem of casing corrosion in oilfields.Herein,by simulating the field corrosion conditions of Changqing Oilfield,the corrosion behavior of J55 and 3 Cr materials in the environment of a CO_(2)partial pressure of 1.0 MPa,a H_(2)S partial pressure of 0.3 MPa and a temperature of 60℃was studied.Additionally,the morphology and components of the corrosion products of these two materials were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy,energy spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.Results showed that the enrichment of Cr element in the corrosion product film and the formation of Cr(OH)_(3)improved the stability and compactness of the corrosion products,making 3 Cr exhibit better corrosion resistance than J55.In the environment containing both CO_(2)and H_(2)S,H_(2)S corrosion played a dominant role.The loose corrosion product film formed in CO_(2)corrosion made the uniform corrosion rates of J55 and 3 Cr higher than those in environments containing H_(2)S alone and containing both H_(2)S and CO_(2).
