摘 要:环氧树脂涂料具有与基材附着力强、施工方便、耐腐蚀性能好等优异特点,在防腐蚀领域得到了广泛的研究和应用。用修饰后的纳米材料对环氧树脂进行改性,可大大提高其涂料的防腐性能。根据纳米材料改善环氧涂层防腐性能的原理,介绍并列举了氧化石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅、六方氮化硼和二硫化钼等几种纳米材料的修饰机理及对环氧树脂涂料改性方面的研究进展,最后展望了未来环氧涂料的研究发展方向。Epoxy resin coatings have been widely researched and applied in the field of corrosion prevention due to their excellent characteristics such as strong adhesion to the substrate,easy application and good corrosion resistance.The modification of epoxy resin with modified nanomaterials can greatly improve the anti-corrosion performance of the epoxy resin coating.Based on the principle for nanomaterials to improve the anti-corrosion performance of epoxy coatings,the research progress on modification mechanisms of several nanomaterials such as graphene oxide,nano-silica,hexagonal boron nitride and molybdenum disulfide as well as the research progress on the modification of epoxy resin coatings were introduced and listed.Finally,the future research and development direction of epoxy coatings were prospected.
