摘　　要：目的:探讨二妙散加味联合洛索洛芬钠治疗痛风急性发作患者的效果。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年12月该院收治的60例急性痛风发作患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用洛索洛芬钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合二妙散加味治疗,比较两组治疗前后红肿程度评分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分,白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、肝功能指标[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)]、肾功能指标[血尿酸、血肌酐(Scr)]水平,以及痛风发作持续时间和局部肤温改善时间。结果:治疗后,两组红肿程度评分、VAS评分及WBC、CRP、ESR水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前和治疗后,两组ALT、AST和Scr水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血尿酸水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组痛风发作持续时间和局部肤温改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二妙散加味联合洛索洛芬钠可明显降低痛风急性发作患者红肿程度、疼痛程度、炎性指标水平和血尿酸水平,缩短痛风发作持续时间和局部肤温改善时间,优于单纯洛索洛芬钠治疗效果。Objective:To explore effects of Ermiao powder combined with Loxoprofen sodium in treatment of acute attack of gout.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with acute attack of gout admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Loxoprofen sodium,while the observation group was treated with Ermiao powder on the basis of that of the control group.The redness and swelling degree and the pain score[visual analogue scale(VAS)],the white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),the liver function index levels[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],the renal function index levels[serum uric acid(UA),serum creatinine(Scr)],the duration of gout attack and the improvement time of local skin temperature were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the redness and swelling degrees,the VAS scores and the levels of WBC,CRP and ESR in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the ALT,AST and Scr levels between the two groups before and after the treatment.After the treatment,the uric acid levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the duration of gout attack and the improvement time of skin temperature in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ermiao Powder combined with Loxoprofen sodium can significantly reduce the degree of redness and swelling,the VAS s
