定坤丹联合妇乐片治疗宫颈炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察定坤丹联合妇乐片治疗宫颈炎患者的效果。方法:选取2018年12月至2021年12月该院收治的120例宫颈炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各60例。对照组采用妇乐片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合定坤丹治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,以及临床症状改善时间和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(57/60),高于对照组的78.33%(47/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组白带异常、阴道分泌物增多和阴道出血等临床症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:定坤丹联合妇乐片治疗宫颈炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短临床症状改善时间,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯妇乐片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Dingkundan combined with Fule tablets in treatment of cervicitis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 patients with cervicitis admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2021.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each.The control group was treated with Fule tablets,while the study group was treated with Dingkundan on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)]before and after the treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%(57/60),which was higher than 78.33%(47/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as abnormal leucorrhea,increased vaginal secretions and vaginal bleeding in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Dingkundan combined with Fule tablets can improve the total treatment efficiency,shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in the patients with cervicitis.Moreover,it is superior to single Fule tablets treatment.
