摘　　要：报道一例Rosai-Dorfman病的临床特点、影像学表现、病理诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。本例患者临床表现为右胫骨上段肿痛4个月余,影像学提示骨髓炎、单发病灶。手术刮除全部病灶和大量液体冲洗,术后病理检查和免疫组化诊断为结外孤立性罗道病。We report the clinical features, imaging manifestations, pathological diagnosis, differential diagnosis,and treatment of a patient of Rosai-Dorfman disease. The clinical manifestations of this patient were swelling and pain in the upper segment of the right tibia for more than 4 months, and imaging manifestations showed osteomyelitis and a single lesion. Surgical curettage and a large amount of fluid flushing were performed. The patient was diagnosed by postoperative pathological examination and immunohistochemistry as extranodal solitary Rosai-Dorfman disease.
