东北地区农产品电商产业集聚对经济发展的溢出效应研究

摘　　要：从新经济地理学角度出发,综合考察2010—2018年东北地区36个地市的农产品电商产业集聚特征,并构建空间杜宾模型,着重分析产业集聚对于经济发展的溢出效应。结果表明:东北地区农产品电商产业集聚和经济发展水平具有显著的空间相关性,且相关性逐年增强;农产品电商产业集聚对经济发展具有正向溢出效应,即本区域产业集聚增强会带动周边区域经济发展水平;产业结构调整和人力资本对于提升区域整体经济发展水平有积极影响,并且具有正向溢出效应,但市场潜能和政府干预具有负向溢出效应。基于上述结论提出促进东北地区农产品电商产业和经济发展的对策建议。From the perspective of new economic geography, we comprehensively examine the characteristics of agricultural products e-commerce industry agglomeration in 36 cities and regions in Northeast China from2010-2018, and construct a spatial Durbin model to focus on the spillover effect of industrial agglomeration on economic development. The results show that there is a significant spatial correlation between the agglomeration of agricultural products e-commerce industry and the level of economic development in Northeast China and the correlation is increasing year by year. The agglomeration of agricultural products e-commerce industry has a positive spillover effect on economic development, i.e. the enhanced industrial agglomeration in the region will drive the level of economic development in the surrounding regions. Industrial structure adjustment and human capital have a positive impact on improving the overall level of regional economic development,and have positive spillover effects on the overall economic development of the region, but market potential and government intervention have negative spillover effects. Based on the above findings, we propose countermeasures to promote the development of the agricultural products e-commerce industry and economy in Northeast China.
