基于循证医学的预见性护理模式对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的影响

摘　　要：目的观察基于循证医学的预见性护理模式对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的影响。方法选取郑州市第二人民医院2019年2月至2021年10月收治的72例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,以入院顺序分组,对照组36例接受常规护理,观察组36例接受基于循证医学的预见性护理模式。比较两组患儿遵医行为、症状消失时间、并发症发生率、家属满意度。结果观察组遵医行为总分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发热、呕吐、流涎、疱疹消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.78%)低于对照组(22.22%)(P<0.05);观察组PZB的服务质量量表(SERVQUAL)总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以循证为支持的预见性护理模式干预疱疹性咽峡炎患儿后,不仅能减少并发症,促进患儿康复,且能提升患儿遵医性和家属满意度。Objective To observe the impact of evidence-based medicine anticipatory care model on children with herpes pharyngitis.Methods Seventy-two children with herpes pharyngitis in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected and grouped in order of admission,with 36 cases in the control group taking conventional care and 36 cases in the observation group taking evidence-based medicine anticipatory care model.The compliance behavior,time to disappearance of symptoms,complication rate and family satisfaction of the children in the two groups were compared.Results The total score of compliance behavior was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time to disappear of fever,vomiting,salivation and herpes were shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.78%)was lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05).The total score of the service quality scale(SERVQUAL)of PZB was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventions with an evidence-based supported anticipatory care model for children with herpes pharyngitis not only reduce complications and accelerated recovery,but also improve children compliance and family satisfaction.
