无缝隙导向型护理模式在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究无缝隙导向型护理模式在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年5月商丘市第一人民医院收治的104例AMI患者作为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组(52例)和研究组(52例)。对照组接受常规护理模式,在前者基础上研究组接受无缝隙导向型护理模式。比较两组救治时间、住院时间、救护效果、并发症发生率、AMI复发率及护理满意度。结果研究组出诊时间、评估时间、采血时间、急救时间、球囊扩张时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ST段回落率、心肌酶谱回落率、胸疼缓解率、抢救成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(11.54%)低于对照组(26.92%)(P<0.05);随访6个月发现,研究组AMI复发率(11.76%)低于对照组(30.00%)(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(96.15%)高于对照组(82.69%)(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙导向型护理模式能缩短AMI患者救治时间,有利于优化救护效果,降低并发症发生风险及AMI复发率,促进疾病恢复,提高护理满意度。Objective To study the application effect of seamless oriented nursing model in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 104 AMI patients admitted to Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from March 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(52 cases)and the study group(52 cases)by random envelope method.The control group was given the routine nursing mode,and the study group was given the seamless oriented nursing mode on the basis of the former.The treatment time,hospitalization time,rescue effect,complication rate,AMI recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The visiting time,evaluation time,blood collection time,emergency time,balloon dilation time and hospitalization time of the study group were all shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the rescue success rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(11.54%)was lower than that in the control group(26.92%)(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of AMI in the study group(11.76%)was lower than that in the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(96.15%)was higher than that of the control group(82.69%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless oriented nursing model can shorten the treatment time of AMI patients,help to optimize the rescue effect,reduce the risk of complications and the recurrence rate of AMI,promote disease recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction.
