桥式运动定量分析对膝关节置换术患者临床康复进程的影响

摘　　要：目的分析桥式运动定量分析对膝关节置换术患者临床康复进程的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月在项城市中医院接受膝关节置换术治疗的86例患者为研究对象,按照1∶1的比例将研究对象随机分为对照组(n=43)以及试验组(n=43)。两组患者均接受膝关节置换术治疗,术后对照组患者接受临床常规护理,试验组接受桥式运动定量分析护理。对两组患者膝关节功能、平衡性、疼痛程度、生活质量以及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果护理措施实施后,两组患者膝关节功能评分、Berg平衡量表、生活质量评分量表评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组,视觉模拟评分降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率比较,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予膝关节置换术后患者桥式运动定量分析护理,可有效改善患者膝关节功能、平衡稳定性、疼痛程度以及生活质量等,并可有效减少治疗期间患者并发症发生,对于促进患者临床康复具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the influence of quantitative analysis of bridge movement on clinical rehabilitation of patients undergoing knee arthroplasty.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,a total of 86 patients who received knee arthroplasty in Xiangcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the experimental group(n=43)according to the ratio of 1∶1.The two groups of patients were treated with knee joint catheterization,the control group accepted clinical routine nursing postoperative,and the experimental group accepted quantitative analysis of bridge movement nursing.Knee function,balance,pain,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of nursing measures,the hospital for special surgery knee score,Berg balance scale and short form 36-item health survey scores of two groups improved,and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the visual analogue scale score was decreased,and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative analysis of bridge movement nursing for patients after knee arthroplasty can significantly improve the knee function,balance stability,pain and quality of life of patients,and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications during treatment,which is of great significance for promoting clinical rehabilitation of patients.
