摘　　要：目的 探讨输精管结扎术后痛性结节的临床诊治方法。方法 将2019年1月至2021年12月在赣南医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科治疗的70例输精管结扎术后痛性结节患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用冷袋外敷治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化、心理状态、生活质量。结果 观察组治疗有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后7、14、28 d的VAS明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后焦虑自评量表评分、Zung抑郁量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后身体、心理、自我健康意识、尽责能力、社会等TDL生命质量测定表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 输精管结扎术后痛性结节在常规治疗基础上采用冷袋外敷能提升整体疗效,快速缓解疼痛,改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment method of painful nodules after vasoligation.Methods Seventy patients with painful nodules after vasoligation in this hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with the conventional treatment, and on this basis the observation group was treated with cold bag external application.The clinical efficacy, changes in VAS pain score, psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 71.43% in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score after 7,14,28 d treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TDL quality of life scale scores of physical, psychological, self-health consciousness, conscientiousness ability and society in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The painful nodules after vasoligation adopting the cold bag external application on the basis of routine treatment could elevate the overall efficacy, quickly relieve pain, improve the psychological state of the patients, increase the quality of life, and has the positive clinical significance.
