摘　　要：心肌纤维化参与了多种心血管疾病的发生发展。心肌纤维化改变了心肌原本的结构,可能导致心脏舒缩功能障碍,增加不良心血管事件发生的风险,对心血管疾病患者的临床治疗及预后产生着很大的影响。早期发现、干预心肌纤维化就显得尤为重要,该文就心肌纤维化的诊断与衡量进行综述。Myocardial fibrosis participates the occurrence and development of various cardiovascular diseases.Myocardial fibrosis changes the original structure of the myocardium, which may lead to cardiac contractile dysfunction, increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular events, and have a profound impact on the clinical treatment and prognosis of the patients with cardiovascular disease.Early detection and intervention of myocardial fibrosis is particularly important.This paper reviews the diagnosis and measurement of myocardial fibrosis.
