摘  要:目的探讨四维超声应用于胎儿先天性畸形筛查中的临床价值。方法选取本院接收的80例疑似先天性畸形胎儿,均展开二维超声、四维超声检查。比较二维超声、四维超声对胎儿畸形类型的检出情况;比较二维超声、四维超声诊断胎儿畸形的准确度、灵敏度及特异度。结果四维超声对胎儿畸形的检出率为97.75%,高于二维超声的84.27%(P<0.05);四维超声诊断先天性胎儿畸形的准确度、灵敏度及特异度均高于二维超声(P<0.05)。结论在胎儿先天性畸形产前筛查中,四维超声可准确检出具体畸形类型,并提升诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度。Objective To investigate the clinical value of four-dimensional ultrasound in screening fetal congenital malformations.Methods A total of 80 fetuses with suspected congenital malformations received in our hospital were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound.The detection of fetal malformation types by two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound were compared;the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformations were compared.Results The detection rate of fetal malformation by four-dimensional ultrasound was 97.75%,which was higher than84.27%by two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05);the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital fetal malformations were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion In prenatal screening of fetal congenital malformations,four-dimensional ultrasound can accurately detect specific types of malformations,and improve the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity.
