摘　　要：目的分析反馈式健康教育结合强化营养干预在肝硬化腹水患者中的应用效果。方法将我院接受治疗的100例肝硬化腹水患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(反馈式健康教育结合强化营养干预),各50例。比较两组的护理效果。结果随访后,观察组的健康认知水平、健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访后,观察组的体质指数(BMI)、上臂肌围(MAMC)及清蛋白、前清蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的腹水改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论反馈式健康教育结合强化营养干预能有效提高肝硬化腹水患者的健康行为和营养状况。Objective To analyze the application effect of feedback health education combined with intensive nutrition intervention in patients with cirrhotic ascites.Methods According to the random number table method,100 patients with cirrhotic ascites treated in our hospital were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and observation group(feedback health education combined with intensive nutrition intervention),with 50 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After follow-up,the health cognition level and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up,the body mass index(BMI),mid arm muscle circumference(MAMC),albumin and prealbumin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of ascites in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback health education combined with intensive nutrition intervention can effectively improve the health behavior and nutritional status of patients with cirrhotic ascites.
