摘　　要：目的:基于加权TOPSIS法建立头孢美唑药物利用评价方法,为促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法:参考相关资料制订头孢美唑临床应用评价标准,评价某院2020年1–12月使用头孢美唑的住院患者病历120份,采用加权TOPSIS法进行数据分析。结果:相对接近度为1.0的病历占比13.33%,0.80~0.99的病历占比20.00%,0.60~0.79的病历占比55.83%,0.40~0.59的病历占比10.83%,无相对接近度小于0.4的病历。头孢美唑在疗程、适应证、联合用药等方面存在不合理使用情况。结论:基于加权TOPSIS法评价头孢美唑药物利用的方法可行,评价结果直接反映药物总体使用的合理性,可指导该药物的临床合理使用。Objective:To establish a method of drug utilization review of cefmetazole based on weighted technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),and provide evidence for the reasonable use of cefmetazole.Methods:After the review criteria of cefmetazole was established based on relevant references,the 120 medical records of inpatients using cefmetazole from January 2020 to December 2020 in a hospital was evaluated and analyzed by weighted TOPSIS.Results:Cases with the relative approach degree of 1.0 accounted for 13.33%,0.80 to 0.99 accounted for 20.00%,0.60 to 0.79 accounted for 55.83%,0.40 to 0.59 accounted for 10.83%,and no medical record with a relative proximity of less than 0.4.There were unreasonable uses of cefmetazole in terms of treatment course,indications and combination of drugs,etc.Conclusion:It was feasible to evaluate the utilization of cefmetazole by weighted TOPSIS.The evaluation results could directly reflect the rationality of the overall drug use,which could guide the training and management of reasonable use of cefmetazole.
