分析消渴丸与芪星汤治疗肥胖型糖尿病的临床效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的 评价肥胖型糖尿病患者应用消渴丸与芪星汤治疗的效果及安全性。方法 以长乐区中医院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的46例肥胖型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则分为常规组和研究组,每组23例。前者应用消渴丸治疗,后者应用芪星汤治疗,比较两组肥胖型糖尿病患者经不同方式治疗的效果。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者中医证候积分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血糖水平以及超正常体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组血糖水平及超正常体质量均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 芪星汤相较于消渴丸,更能够显著改善中医证候积分,控制血糖水平,提高治疗疗效,促进其体质量得到有效减轻,安全性较高。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of treatment of obese diabetes mellitus patients with the use of the Xiaoke pill and Qixing decoction.Methods A sample of 46 obese diabetic patients were admitted to Changle District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the time period from January 2021 to January 2022. According to the principle of random assignment, they were divided into conventional group and study group, with 23 patients in each group. The former group was treated with the application of Xiaoke pill and the latter group was treated with the application of Qixing decoction. The effects of the two groups of obese diabetic patients treated by different modalities were observed and compared.Results The total treatment efficiency of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the TCM evidence points between the patients of the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the TCM syndrome score of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the blood glucose level and ultra-normal weight data of the patients of the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the blood glucose level and supernormal weight of patients in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Xiaoke Pill, Qixing Decoction can significantly improve TCM syndrome score, control blood glucose level, improve therapeutic effect, and promote the effective reduction of body mass, with higher safety.
