256层CTA成像在2型糖尿病下肢血管病变临床评估中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨双下肢256层CT血管成像(CT angiography,CTA)技术在2型糖尿病下肢血管病变临床评估的应用价值。方法选取2021年10月—2022年3月于厦门市第三医院接受检查的52例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者作为研究对象,经过彩色多普勒超声检查、256层CTA成像检查后,以DSA检查结果作为“金标准”,对上述两种检查结果进行分析。结果256层CTA成像对于动脉狭窄检出率96.15%(50/52),显著高于彩色多普勒超声检查(82.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者的临床诊断中,应用256层CTA成像方法对下肢血管病变进行检查,可判断病变的发生情况及严重程度。Objective To investigate the value of 256-layer CT angiography(CTA)in the clinical evaluation of lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From October 2021 to March 2022,52 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with lower extremity vascular disease who were examined in Xiamen Third Hospital were selected as the research objects.After color Doppler ultrasound examination and 256-layer CTA imaging examination,the DSA examination results were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the above two kinds of examination results.Results The detection rate of 256-layer CTA for arterial stenosis was 96.15%(50/52),which was significantly higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound(82.69%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus,256-layer CTA imaging method was used to examine the lower extremity vascular lesions,and to judge the occurrence and severity of the lesions.
