摘 要:随着^(18)F-FDG PET/CT应用日益广泛,越来越多的患者因原发肿瘤行PET/CT扫描时意外发现甲状腺异常高代谢。研究显示^(18)F-FDG PET/CT甲状腺局灶性高代谢病变中,约1/3属恶性,远高于其他检查,PET/CT对甲状腺偶发瘤性质判断争议较大,指南建议根据超声结果指导后续治疗是目前普遍认可的管理措施。故本文就多模态超声对^(18)F-FDG PET/CT甲状腺偶发瘤诊疗方面的应用进行综述。With the increasingly wide application of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT,more and more patients accidentally found abnormal thyroid hypermetabolism during PET/CT scanning of primary tumors.It is shown that about one third of the^(18)F-FDG PET/CT thyroid focal hypermetabolic lesions are malignant,which is much higher than other examinations.PET/CT is controversial in judging the nature of thyroid incidental tumor,and the guideline suggests that follow-up treatment according to ultrasound results is a generally accepted management measure at present.Therefore,this paper reviews the application of multimodal ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT thyroid incidental tumor.
