摘 要:急性胰腺炎是一种常见且严重的急腹症,明确其发病机理及早期正确诊断对选择及时有效的治疗方案、降低死亡率有重要的临床意义。影像组学作为局灶性胰腺病变和弥漫性胰腺病变定量成像的生物标志物,有助于提高对急性胰腺炎危险因素的认知,应用于预测急性胰腺炎的严重程度、胰腺外坏死和相关并发症的发生。本文就影像组学在急性胰腺炎及其并发症中的研究进展做出归纳总结。Acute pancreatitis is a common and serious acute abdomen.Identification of its pathogenesis and early correct diagnosis have important clinical significance in selecting timely and effective treatment options and reducing mortality.Radiomics,as a biomarker for quantitative imaging of focal pancreatic lesions and diffuse pancreatic lesions,helps to improve the understanding of risk factors for acute pancreatitis and is applied to predict the severity of acute pancreatitis,extrapancreatic necrosis,and the occurrence of related complications.In this paper,the application and progress of radiomics in acute pancreatitis and its complications are summarized.
