摘  要:目的:利用戴明环(PDCA循环)持续改进茶碱血药浓度监测(TDM),促进茶碱安全有效合理地使用。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2019年4月南昌大学第一附属医院临床药学实验室茶碱TDM情况,利用PDCA循环对2019年5月至2019年8月茶碱TDM工作进行持续改进,分析比较改进效果。结果:利用PDCA循环对茶碱TDM工作改进后,茶碱TDM出报告耗时明显缩短,送检率明显提高,茶碱不良反应发生率明显下降,临床满意度提高。结论:PDCA循环管理能有效提高茶碱TDM工作效率与质量,促进茶碱安全有效合理地使用。Objective:To continuously improve theophylline plasma concentration monitoring(TDM)by using deming cycle(PDCA circulation)to promote the safe,effective and rational use of theophylline.Methods:The theophylline TDM in the clinical pharmacy laboratory of The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2019 to April 2019 was analyzed retrospectively,the theophylline TDM from May 2019 to August 2019 was continuously improved by PDCA circulation,and the improvement effect was analyzed and compared.Results:After the improvement of theophylline TDM work with PDCA circulation,the reporting time of theophylline TDM was significantly shortened,the submission rate was significantly increased,the incidence of theophylline adverse reactions was significantly reduced,and the clinical satisfaction was improved.Conclusion:PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of theophylline TDM,and promote the safe,effective and reasonable use of theophylline.
