摘 要:目的:利用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾飞行时间质谱(UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)技术快速分析玳玳花的化痰的活性成分。方法:以酚红排出量筛选玳玳花不同提取部位祛痰的作用,岛津ARC-C18色谱柱(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),联合质谱分析有效部分的化学成分。结果:玳玳花乙醇提取物具有显著的化痰作用,提取物中初步鉴定了32个化合物,主要为黄酮类和有机酸类。结论:建立了一种基于化痰活性结合UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS分析鉴定玳玳花的化学成分的快速方法。Objective:UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS was used to rapidly analyze the active Ingredients of phlegm-reducing in Citrus aurantium flowers.Method:The phlegm-relieving effect of different parts of Citrus aurantium flowers was screened by the phenol red output,and the effective parts were analyzed by Shimadzu ARC-C18 chromatographic column(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),and the chemical constituents of the effective parts were analyzed by mass spectrometry.Results:The ethanolic extract of Citrus aurantium flowers had significant phlegm-reducing effect.A total of 32 compounds were temporarily identified in the extract,mainly composed of flavonoids and organic acids.Conclusion:A rapid method was established for the identification of chemical constituents of Citrus aurantium flowers based on phlegm-reducing activity combined with UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS analysis.
