摘 要:目的:分析耳穴压豆配合呼吸操训练对煤工尘肺病(CWP)患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年4月衡阳市中医医院收治的CWP患者80例为研究对象,根据信封法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴压豆配合呼吸操训练干预,比较两组肺功能[肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、1秒率(FEV_(1)/FVC)]、生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]、运动耐力[6 min步行试验(6 MWD)]和治疗效果。结果:干预后,观察组FVC、FEV1、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者SF-36评分和6 MWD均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对CWP患者采取耳穴压豆配合呼吸操训练干预效果较好,可有效降低患者临床相关症状,改善患者生活质量,提高运动耐力及肺功能。Objective: To analyze the effects of auricular point pressing beans combined with respiratory exercises training onpulmonary function and quality of life in patients with coal worker’s pneumoconiosis(CWP). Methods: Eighty patients with CWPtreated in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the studysubjects. According to the envelope method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in eachgroup. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received auricular point pressing beanscombined with respiratory exercises training intervention on the basis of control group. The pulmonary function [vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1), FEV_(1)/FVC], quality of life [Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)], exerciseendurance [6-minute walk distance test(6MWD)], and treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results: After theintervention, the levels of FVC, FEV1 and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, SF-36 score and 6MWD were increased in both groups,the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The overalleffective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The auricular point pressing beans combined with respiratory exercises training in patients withCWP has better intervention effect, it can effectively reduce the clinically related symptoms of patients, improve the quality of lifeof patients, improve exercise tolerance and pulmonary function.
