全程优化护理干预在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程优化护理干预在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月于山东省滕州市中心人民医院内镜室首次行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者116例为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各58例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以全程优化护理干预。比较两组患者心理情绪变化状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分,不良反应发生率,内镜一次性检查成功率。结果:干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组内镜一次性检查成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程优化护理干预应用于无痛胃肠镜检查,能缓解患者负性情绪,提高结肠镜患者检查成功率,减少不良反应发生率。Objective: To explore the application effect of whole-course optimal nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinalendoscopy. Methods: A total of 116 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy for the first time from March 2020to March 2021 in Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects. According to the lot method, the patientswere divided into control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given conventionalnursing intervention while the observation group was given whole-course optimal nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The psychological emotion changes [Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score, Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) score], theincidence of adverse reactions, and the success rate of one-time endoscopy were compared between the two groups. Results: Afterthe intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in two groups were reduced, and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower thanthat in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The success rate of one-time endoscopy in theobservation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of the whole-course optimal nursing intervention in the painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can alleviate thepatients’ negative mood, increase the success rate of colonoscopy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
