摘　　要：目的:分析风险护理干预对新生儿颅内出血的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年12月山东省滕州市中心人民医院新生儿重症监护室收治的新生儿颅内出血患儿100例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予风险护理干预。比较两组患儿护理风险事件发生率、并发症发生率及患儿家长护理满意度。结果:观察组护理风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险护理干预新生儿颅内出血患儿,可降低护理风险事件发生率、并发症发生率,提高家长对护理工作的满意度。Objective: To analyze the application effect of risk nursing intervention on neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. Methods:From February 2018 to December 2019, 100 newborns with intracranial hemorrhage were selected from the Neonatal IntensiveCare Unit of Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital as the study subjects. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given risk nursing intervention based on the control group. The incidence of nursing risk events, the incidence of complications and the satisfaction degree of parents with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction degree of parents with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The risk nursing intervention in newborns with intracranial hemorrhage can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and complications, and improve the satisfaction of parents with nursing work.
