综合护理在BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的:分析双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭护理体会。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年2月长沙市第四医院收治的COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者98例,根据硬币法分为试验组与对照组,各49例。两组患者均采用BiPAP呼吸机进行治疗,对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予综合护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、并发症情况、生活质量评分。结果:试验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用BiPAP呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者采用综合护理方式优势明显,可降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective: To analyze the nursing experience of bi-level positive airway pressure(Bi PAP) ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with type II respiratory failure. Methods: From July 2019 to February2021, 98 patients with COPD and type II respiratory failure admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Changsha were selected, and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the coin method, with 49 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with Bi PAP ventilator, the control group received conventional nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The nursing satisfaction, complications, and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the Bi PAP ventilator treatment of patients with COPD and type II respiratory failure, comprehensive nursing mode has obvious advantages, it can reduce the incidence of complications and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction.
