晚期血吸虫性肝硬化胆囊疾病患病率及成因分析

摘　　要：目的:调查晚期血吸虫性肝硬化胆囊疾病的患病率并分析其成因。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月昆山市第三人民医院收治的晚期血吸虫性肝硬化患者166例作为观察组,选取同期昆山市第一人民医院广仁分院收治的肝炎后肝硬化患者118例作为对照组。比较两组患者胆囊疾病(胆囊炎、胆囊结石、胆囊息肉)发病率,分析不同肝硬化程度患者胆囊疾病患病率。结果:观察组胆囊疾病患病率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Child C级患者胆囊疾病患病率高于Child A级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期血吸虫性肝硬化患者较肝炎后肝硬化患者具有高的胆囊疾病患病率,肝硬化程度重者胆囊疾病患病率高于轻者。Objective:To investigate the prevalence of gallbladder disease in advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis and analyze its cause.Methods:A total of 166 patients with advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis in the Third People's Hospital of Kunshan from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group and 118 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis in the Guangran Branch of the First People's Hospital of Kunshan during the same period were selected as the control group.The incidence of gallbladder diseases(cholecystitis,cholecystolithiasis,gallbladder polyps)in the two groups were compared,and the prevalence of gallbladder diseases in patients with different degrees of cirrhosis was analyzed.Results:The prevalence of gallbladder disease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prevalence of gallbladder disease in Child grade C patients was higher than that in Child grade A patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of gallbladder disease in patients with advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis is higher than that in patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis.The prevalence of gallbladder disease in patients with severe cirrhosis is higher than that in patients with mild cirrhosis.
