摘　　要：目的:探讨大肠息肉低级别上皮内瘤变患者不同中医健康状态与患者临床特征及中医体质之间的关系。方法:选取60例大肠息肉低级别上皮内瘤变患者,采集患者的基本情况、中医健康状态、息肉特征、Hp感染、生化结果、中医体质等资料,进行归纳整理并开展统计分析。结果:60例患者中,病性要素为已病态者气郁30例,胃16例,阳虚14例。不同已病要素间BMI、是否多发息肉、Hp感染、高尿酸及体质差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三个已病要素的中医体质以气郁质、阳虚质、气虚质为主。结论:大肠息肉低级别上皮内瘤变患者不同中医健康状态与其息肉特征、BMI、Hp感染、尿酸及中医体质间存在一定相关性,可为大肠息肉低级别上皮内瘤变人群的健康状态辨识提供证据,为临床预防及治疗选择提供依据。Objective:To explore the relationship between different TCM health status,clinical characteristics and TCM Constitution of patients with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of colorectal polyps.Methods:60 patients with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of colorectal polyps were selected.The basic information,health status of traditional Chinese medicine,polyp characteristics,Hp infection,biochemical results and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine were collected,summarized and statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 60 patients,the pathogenic factors were morbid qi depression in 30 cases,stomach in 16 cases and yang deficiency in 14 cases.There were significant differences in BMI,multiple polyps,Hp infection,high uric acid and constitution among different diseased factors(P<0.05).The constitution of TCM with three diseased elements is mainly Qi depression,Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency.Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between different TCM health status of patients with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of colorectal polyps and their polyp characteristics,BMI,Hp infection,uric acid and TCM constitution,which can provide evidence for the identification of health status of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of colorectal polyps and provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment.
