摘 要:以某火力发电厂的600 MW空冷机组为例,在概述设备组成与参数的基础上,分别设计了一次风速测量与调平试验、燃烧调整试验和不投油最低稳燃负荷试验。试验结果表明,磨煤机一次风管的风速偏差<3%,烟气含氧量和排烟温度的偏差均符合相关标准,机组性能良好;不投油最低稳燃负荷为33.91%BMCR,满足规定的“不投油最低稳燃负荷<35%”的要求。根据试验结果,最终确定该机组的深度调峰负荷为37%ECR,可以保证调峰后机组的经济性、环保性、安全性达到最优。A 600 MW air-cooled unit in a thermal power plant is taken as an example. Based on the overview of equipment composition and parameters, a wind speed measurement and leveling test, a combustion adjustment test and a minimum steady combustion load test without oil injection are designed respectively. The test results show that the deviation of the wind speed of the primary duct of the coal mill is less than 3%,the deviation of the flue gas oxygen content and exhaust temperature are in line with the relevant standards,and the unit has good performance. The minimum stable combustion load without oil injection is 33.91% BMCR, which meets the requirement of "minimum stable combustion load without oil injection < 35%". According to the test results, the depth peak regulation load of the unit is finally determined to be 37% ECR, which can ensure the optimal economy, environmental protection and safety of the unit after peak regulation.
