摘 要:随着人工智能近些年在自动驾驶、智能机器人、航空航天等领域不断地高速高进度发展,卷积神经网络机器学习算法更是得到了非常广泛的使用,正是因为该算法在认知和决策任务方面卓越的性能。打破传统的冯·诺依曼传统计算机结构,在此环境下提出了存算一体电路,在存算一体电路的实现通过置位延时电路对存算整体电路中的灵敏放大器的创新以及优化。最后通过对置位延时产生电路和整体电路仿真,从仿真结果表明,提出的置位延时产生电路在整个电路中效果非常好,以及整体存算电路的功能同样结果很好。With the continuous high-speed and high-progress development of artificial intelligence in the fields of automatic driving, intelligent robotics, aerospace and other fields in recent years, the convolutional neural network machine learning algorithm has been widely used, precisely because the algorithm has excellent performance in cognitive and decision-making tasks. Breaking the traditional von Neumann traditional computer structure, in this environment, the memory-computer integrated circuit is proposed, and the innovation and optimization of the sensitive amplifier in the overall memory-computing circuit is realized through the set delay circuit. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed set delay generation circuit has a very good effect in the whole circuit, and the function of the overall memory circuit is also very good.
