摘  要:设计了一套振动测量软、硬件系统,实现了对MEMS加速度传感器电学信号的调理、实时数据采集与分析。该系统利用LabVIEW作为开发平台,通过网络获取MEMS传感器拾振模块的3轴加速度数据,实现了通过人机界面下发控制指令,振动数据实时显示、存储以及数据分析。实验室测试以及工程实测结果表明,设计的综合性振动测量系统具有振动测量灵敏度高、软件扩展性好等优点,为振动工程相关领域的教学提供了一个自主学习和创新的平台,同时为远程、长期的振动工程应用提供了一种便捷高效的测试系统及方法,应用前景广阔。A vibratio n measurement system based on MEMS sensor was proposed, which realizes the signal conditioning, real-time data acquisition and electrical signal analysis. The system uses LabVIEW as the development platform, which obtains the three-axis acceleration data of MEMS sensor vibration module through the network, distributed the control command from the PC to the sensor through the human-machine interface, display and storage the vibration data in real time, and also vibration signal analysis. The results show that our vibration measurement system has the advantages of strong comprehensiveness, high measurement sensitivity of vibration, and the software could be well expanded. With broad application prospects, it provides a platform for independent learning and innovation for the teaching of vibration engineering related fields, and provides a convenient and efficient test system and method for long-range and long-term vibration engineering applications.
