摘 要:在公路工程中处理软土路基时,需要提前开展地质勘察,了解施工路段的水文特点、地质条件,在此基础上利用相应的软件建立软土路基模型,通过开展有限元分析确定路基安全系数,为后续的软土路基加固施工提供技术参考。本研究使用Plxais软件建立了路基模型,并使用粉喷桩法进行路基加固处理过程的模拟。结果表明经过加固处理后,路基安全系数达到了1.87,明显高于未加固前的1.22。随后以某公路工程为例,简要概述了粉喷桩法施工方案,以及施工期间应重点采取的质量控制措施。最后选择静载试验检测加固效果,检测结果显示,在荷载为360 kN时,本级沉降量为6.25 mm,累计沉降量为23.11 mm,满足相关规范要求。The highway engineering in dealing with soft soil subgrade, in advance to carry out the geological investigation, understand the characteristics of the construction sections of hydrological, geological conditions, on the basis of the soft soil roadbed model is established by using the corresponding software,safety coefficient determined by finite element analysis in roadbed, for subsequent soft soil roadbed reinforcement construction to provide technical reference. In this paper, the Plxais software is used to establish the subgrade model, and the powder jet pile method is used to simulate the subgrade reinforcement process. The results show that after the reinforcement treatment, the safety factor of subgrade reaches 1.87,which is obviously higher than 1.22 before the reinforcement. Then, taking a highway project as an example,the paper briefly summarizes the construction scheme of powder jetted pile method and the quality control measures that should be taken during the construction. Finally, the static load test is chosen to test the reinforcement effect. The test results show that when the load is 360 kN, the settlement amount of this class is 6.25 mm, and the cumulative settlement amount is 23.11 mm, which meets the requirements of relevant specifications.
