摘　　要：对抗渗混凝土管道井渗漏的常见原因展开分析,并依据工程实践提出一种基于管道井与通风井渗漏水的防治修缮系统,目前该系统已应用于到一些具体的建筑工程中。采用多种材料、多种工艺和层层叠置的多层防水构造,对管道井和通风井渗漏问题进行了全面的防止修缮处理。Analyzes the common causes of the leakage of impermeable concrete pipe shaft, and proposes a prevention and repair system based on the leakage of pipe shaft and ventilation shaft according to the engineering practice. At present, this system has been applied to some specific construction projects. The leakage of the pipe shaft and the ventilation shaft is prevented and repaired comprehensively by using a variety of materials, processes and multi-layer waterproof structures stacked layer by layer.
