摘 要:活性半焦是一种具有大量微孔结构和大比表面积的材料,可作为烟气脱硫脱硝的吸附剂、催化剂。经过催化氧化生成的硫酸、硝酸储存在半焦材料的微孔内,导致其吸附能力下降。对失活半焦进行再生处理,既可以恢复其脱硫脱硝性能,同时还能得到硫酸、硝铵产品,间接的创造了经济价值。首先从固定床脱硫脱硝系统设计、固定床反应器压降计算等方面,介绍了基于活性半焦的干法脱硫脱硝工艺。随后结合能量综合利用形式和换热面积计算,确定了换热方案,该方案可将电除尘后高温烟气的能量进行回收利用,达到了节能效果。最后提出了一种蒸汽热再生技术,可使半焦材料的催化和吸附性能恢复至初始状态,实现反复利用,进一步降低了脱硫脱硝的成本。Semi-coke is a kind of material with a large amount of microporous structure and large specific surface area, which can be used as adsorbent and catalyst for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification. Sulfuric acid and nitric acid generated by catalytic oxidation are stored in the micropores of semi-coke material, which leads to the decrease of its adsorption capacity. The regeneration of deactivated semi-coke can not only restore its desulfurization and denitrification performance, but also get sulfuric acid and ammonium nitrate products, which indirectly creates economic value. In this paper, the dry desulfurization and denitrification process based on active semi-coke is introduced from the aspects of design of fixed-bed desulfurization and denitrification system and calculation of pressure drop in fixed-bed reactor. Then combined with the energy comprehensive utilization form and heat transfer area calculation, the heat transfer scheme is determined, which can recycle the energy of high temperature flue gas after electric dust removal, and achieve the effect of energy saving. Finally, a steam thermal regeneration technology is proposed, which can restore the catalytic and adsorption properties of semi-coke materials to the initial state, realize repeated utilization, and further reduce the cost of desulfurization and denitrification.
