摘　　要：文章以《湖北理工学院学报(人文社会科学版)》开设的《矿冶文化研究》特色栏目为例,在回顾栏目建设实践的基础上,总结《矿冶文化研究》特色栏目创新发展的经验。经过十五年的建设,《矿冶文化研究》特色栏目已经成为呈现矿冶文化研究学术成果和该领域优秀中青年人才学术交流的重要平台,促进了矿冶文化的创造性转化与创新性发展。Taking the featured column of“Research on Mining and Metallurgy Culture”in Journal of Hubei Polytechnic University(Humanities and Social Sciences Edition)as an example,this paper summarizes the experience of innovative development of the featured column based on the review of the practice of the column construction.Since its setting up 15 years ago,the featured column of“Research on Mining and Metallurgical Culture”has provided a platform to present the academic achievements of mining and metallurgical culture research and a platform for academic exchange of outstanding young and middle-aged talents in the field of mining and metallurgical culture research,thus promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of mining and metallurgical culture.
