墨玉县建设紧密型县域医共体的实践与成效

摘　　要：县域医共体建设是新时代卫生健康领域的一项重大改革,对提升县域和基层医疗卫生服务能力具有重要意义和关键作用。新疆南部大县墨玉县自2019年起实施紧密型县域医共体,通过六个统一管理,充分整合各项医疗卫生资源,经过3年的实践,墨玉县基层医疗机构软硬件设施日趋完善,医疗业务量有所增涨,卫生健康治理能力获得提升。The construction of county medical community is a major reform in the field of health in the new era,which plays an important and key role in improving the capacity of county and primary medical and health services.Program of carrying out a compact county-level medical community has been implemented in Moyu County,a large county in southern Xinjiang,since 2019.Through the practice of“six unified management”,various medical and health resources have been fully integrated.Now the hardware and software facilities of primary health institutions in Moyu County have been gradually improved,the medical business volume has increased,and the health governance capability has been improved.
