摘  要:探讨了切削用量对轴承钢硬态切削零件表面残余应力的影响规律。用聚晶立方氮化硼刀具对GCr15轴承钢进行硬态切削试验,采用Box-Behnken试验设计方法,建立硬态切削表面残余应力和切削用量的回归方程,分析切削用量间的交互作用对硬态切削表面残余应力的影响,基于响应曲面寻优分析方法优化切削用量。结果表明:切削速度和进给量是影响硬态切削表面残余应力的主要因素,背吃刀量与切削速度的交互作用对残余应力的影响显著。以硬态切削表面残余压应力为目标,推荐了切削用量组合。The effect of cutting parameters on the surface residual stress of hard cutting parts of bearing steel was discussed.The hard cutting test of GCr15 bearing steel was carried out by using polycrystalline cubic boron nitride cutter.The regression equation between hard cutting surface residual stress and cutting parameters was established by using Box-Behnken experimental design method.The influence of the interaction of cutting parameters on hard cutting surface residual stress was analyzed,and the cutting parameters were optimized based on the response surface optimization analysis method.The results show that the cutting speed and feed rate are the main factors affecting the residual stress on the hard cutting surface,and the interaction between the cutting depth and the cutting speed has a significant effect on the residual stress.Aiming at the residual compressive stress on the hard cutting surface,the recommended combination of cutting parameters is obtained.
