摘  要:用恒流模式在7075铝合金表面制备微弧氧化陶瓷膜层。用SEM、EDS、XRD、膜层测厚仪、维氏硬度计、电化学工作站和磨耗试验机研究不同纳米TiO_(2)添加量对7075铝合金微弧氧化膜层形貌、成分、物相组成、厚度、硬度、耐蚀性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:膜层相主要由α-Al_(2)O_(3)、γ-Al_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)构成。添加纳米TiO_(2)能有效填充膜层间空隙,使膜层更致密。当纳米TiO_(2)添加量为2~5 g/L时,随添加量增加,膜层厚度增大,硬度先增后减。添加纳米TiO_(2)后膜层的耐蚀性和耐磨性均提升。总体来看,添加纳米TiO_(2)能有效提升7075铝合金微弧氧化膜层性能,当添加量为4 g/L时,膜层综合性能最佳,膜层厚度、硬度、自腐蚀电流密度和磨耗比分别为32.9μm、1099HV_(0.1)、9.379×10^(-7)A/cm^(2)和0.097%。Micro arc oxidation ceramic coatings were prepared on 7075 aluminum alloy by a constant current mode.The effects of different additions of nano TiO_(2)on the morphology,element composition,phase composition,thickness,hardness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of micro arc oxidation coatings on 7075 aluminum alloy were studied by means of SEM,EDS,XRD,thickness gauge,Vickers hardness tester,electrochemical workstation and wear tester.The results show that the phase of the coating is mainly composed ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)phase,γ-Al_(2)O_(3)phase and TiO_(2)phase.Adding nano TiO_(2)can effectively fill the gap between the coating layers and make the coating more compact.When the addition amount of nano TiO_(2)changes in the range of 2-5 g/L,the thickness of the coating increases and the hardness increases first and then decreases.The corrosion resistance and wear resistance are improved after adding nano TiO_(2).In general,adding nano TiO_(2)can effectively improve the performance of micro arc oxidation coating on 7075 aluminum alloy,when the addition of nano TiO_(2)is 4 g/L,the coating obtains the best comprehensive performance.The thickness,hardness,self corrosion current and wear ratio of the coating are 32.9μm,1099HV_(0.1),9.379×10^(-7)A/cm^(2)and 0.097%respectively.
