摘  要:以S型焊接金属波纹管为研究对象,构建三维图像模型,通电加热,采集金属波纹管高温辐射信号,通过辐射传递法构建二维温度图像与三维空间热温度场方程,测试金属波纹管热温度场变化。结果表明:随时间增加金属波纹管中心与两端温度迅速上升;电流越大,金属波纹管温度越高、刚度越低、屈服时间缩短,加热温度为600℃时,0.02~0.03 s波纹管即变形。Taking the S-shaped welded metal bellows as the research object,3D image model was constructed.The high-temperature radiation signal was detected from the electrical-heatingmetal bellow.The two-dimensional temperature image and the three-dimensional space thermal temperature field equation were constructed through the radiation transfer method,and the thermal temperature field change of the metal bellows was measured.The results show that the temperature in the center and at both ends of the metal bellows increase rapidly with time.The higher the current,the higher the temperature,the lower the stiffness,and the shorter the yield time of the metal bellows.When the heating temperature is 600℃,the bellows will be buckled in a time range of 0.02-0.03 s.
