摘  要:根据磷酸基废蚀刻液成分复杂、杂质金属离子多的特点,采用萃取-洗涤工艺技术路线对其进行净化制取工业磷酸,重点研究萃取温度、萃取后静置时间、洗涤相比和洗涤后静置时间对磷酸收率的影响,同时间接确定了最佳逆流萃取级数。结果表明,最佳工艺条件如下:萃取温度为50℃,萃取后静置时间为20 min,洗涤相比为8∶1,洗涤后静置时间为30 min,萃取级数为3级;在该工艺条件下,通过后续的反萃和浓缩工艺,可以制得符合GB/T 2091—2008要求的工业磷酸产品,且磷酸收率可以达到93.09%。According to the characteristics of complex composition and many metallic impurities of phosphoric acid based waste etching solution, the extraction and washing process is adopted to produce industrial phosphoric acid. The effects of extraction temperature, standing time after extraction, washing phase ratio and standing time after washing on the yield of phosphoric acid are emphatically studied, and the optimal countercurrent extraction stage is indirectly determined. The results show that the optimum process conditions are as follows: The extraction temperature is 50 ℃, the standing time after extraction is 20 min, the washing phase ratio is 8∶1, the standing time after washing is 30 min, and the extraction stage is 3. Under this process condition, industrial phosphoric acid products that meet the requirements of GB/T 2091—2008 can be prepared through subsequent stripping and concentration processes, and the phosphoric acid yield can reach 93.09%.
