电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定磷石膏水溶磷的一种前处理方法

摘  要:针对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定磷石膏水溶磷过程中雾化器喷嘴经常被堵塞问题,先采用氢氧化钾将样品pH调至≥13后干过滤去除沉淀,再用硝酸溶液将滤液pH调到6.0~6.5后测定。测定结果与磷钼酸喹啉重量法(仲裁法)无显著性差异,相对标准偏差<4%,加标回收率在97%~110%。该方法检出限低,准确度高,重现性好。During the determination of water-soluble phosphorus in phosphogypsum by ICP-AES, the nozzle of atomizer is often blocked. Potassium hydroxide is used to adjust the pH of the sample to ≥13, and sediments is removed by dry filtration. Then nitric acid solution is used to adjust the pH of the filtrate to 6.0-6.5, the filtrate is determined by ICP-AES. There is no significant difference between the results of this method and the quinoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric method(arbitration method), and the relative standard deviation is < 4%, the recovery rate of standard addition is between 97% and 110%. This method has low detection limit, high accuracy and good reproducibility.
