摘　　要：高校培养的社会工作人才队伍对缓解社会矛盾,促进区域经济、文化发展以及社会和谐方面发挥了重要作用。但受制于东北所处地理位置和文化发展等因素,东北高校的社会工作人才培养模式存在诸多不足及改善空间。论文力图通过东北YB大学社会工作人才培养模式的实证分析,探析目前东北高校社会工作人才培养模式中存在的问题,进而提出基于东北特殊的经济结构与社会文化环境,构建地方社会需求导向的应用型社会工作人才培养模式,为提升社会工作人才培养的有效性提供一定的思路。University is the "reservoir", for professionals, All kinds of high-quality professional personnel trained by colleges and universities have played an important role in alleviating various social contradictions and promoting the economic and cultural development and social harmony. However, due to the limitation of the geographical location and culture, there are many deficiencies and space for improvement in the social work talent training mode in colleges and universities.This study tries to analyze the problems and weaknesses existing in the training mode of social work talents in the universities of YB universities in the northeast,put forward the construction of the local social demand-oriented applied social work talent training model.Based on the special economic structure and social and cultural environment. To provide certain ideas for improving the effectiveness of social work talent training.
