摘 要:采用X射线衍射(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等研究了不同Mg元素含量对Al-Cu-Mn-Mg合金过烧行为的影响。结果表明:Al-Cu-Mn-Mg合金发生过烧的原因是凝固过程中晶界处形成的低熔点共晶相Al_(2)CuMg在合金固溶处理时发生熔化和氧化。当Mg含量不超过0.45 mass%时,晶界区域不会形成Al_(2)CuMg相,525℃固溶处理12 h后合金未发生明显的过烧现象;当Mg含量超过0.45 mass%时,晶界区域的共晶组织中存在Al_(2)CuMg相,固溶处理后的Al-Cu-Mn-Mg合金开始出现过烧组织特征,而且Mg含量越高,过烧现象越明显,过烧区域尺寸越大。X-ray diffraction(XRD),optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were used to study the effect of different Mg content on over-burning behavior of Al-Cu-Mn-Mg alloy.The results show that the reason for the over-burning of the Al-Cu-Mn-Mg alloy is that the low melting point eutectic phase Al_(2)CuMg formed at the grain boundary during solidification will melt and oxidize during the solution treatment of the alloy.When the Mg content is not more than 0.45 mass%,the Al_(2)CuMg phase will not form in the grain boundary region,and the alloy after solution treatment at 525℃for 12 h has no obvious overburning phenomenon.When the Mg content is more than 0.45 mass%,there is Al_(2)CuMg phase in the eutectic structure of the grain boundary region,and the Al-Cu-Mn-Mg alloy after solution treatment begins to show the characteristics of over-burning structure,and the higher the Mg content,the more obvious the over-burning phenomenon and the larger the size of the over-burning region.
