摘  要:随着中子发生器技术的进步,射频源中子发生器可将中子产额提高10倍,增大了使用氘氘(D-D)中子发生器进行动态测井的可能性。基于蒙特卡罗方法开展随钻D-D源中子孔隙度测井研究。研究结果表明:随钻D-D源中子孔隙度测井的孔隙度灵敏度明显高于氘氚(D-T)源中子孔隙度测井,与提高灵敏度后的D-T源中子孔隙度测井相近;径向探测深度主要受源距和地层减速性质的影响,受源能量的影响较小,纵向分辨率主要与源距有关;基于射频源D-D中子发生器的随钻中子孔隙度测井的测速约为Am-Be源中子孔隙度测井的三分之一,可通过缩短源距,增大探测器尺寸与气压,提高探测器计数率,实现随钻D-D源中子孔隙度测井。With the progress of the neutron generator technology,radio frequency(RF)source neutron generator can increase the neutron yield by 10 times,which increases the possibility of using the deuterium-deuterium(D-D)neutron generator for dynamic logging.In this paper,the D-D source neutron porosity logging while drilling is studied based on the Monte Carlo method.The results show that the porosity sensitivity of D-D source neutron porosity logging while drilling is significantly higher than that of the D-T source neutron porosity logging,and close to the improved D-T source neutron porosity logging.The radial detection depth is mainly affected by the spacing and the formation slowing-down property,and less affected by the source energy.The vertical resolution is mainly related to the spacing.The logging speed of neutron porosity logging while drilling based on the RF source D-D neutron generator should be about one-third of that of Americium-Beryllium source neutron porosity logging.The detector count rate can be improved by shortening the spacing and increasing the detector size and air pressure,to realize the D-D source neutron porosity logging while drilling.
