摘  要:为解决现有声波测井仪探测深度浅、方位分辨率有限的问题,研制了方位远探测声波测井仪,该仪器的关键技术之一是有源发射声系和有源接收声系的结构设计,配套的电子系统是实现这种声系结构的关键部件。采用阵列化传感器与多通道电子系统一体化的设计技术,设计了由主控电路、多节点接收采集电路、相控激励电路构成的仪器电子系统。基于主节点和多个子节点的模式实现仪器电子系统互联,将主控电路设计为主节点,其他电路设计为多个数字化功能子节点,通过专用的仪器模块互联总线实现仪器内部各节点互联。现场实验测量得到的波形信噪比高,波形特征清楚,单极方位模式在实验中的探测深度约为40 m。方位远探测声波测井仪电子系统实现了声波远探测大动态范围信号的采集,能够满足方位远探测声波仪器的测量要求,为仪器在多方位大探测深度测量模式下提供可靠且高信噪比的测量数据。In order to solve the problems of shallow detection depth and limited azimuthal resolution of existing acoustic logging tools,the far detection azimuthal acoustic logging tool is developed.One of the key technologies of the tool is the active transmitting sound system and active receiving sound system,the matching electronic system is the key component to realize the sound system structure.The integrated design technology of the array sensors and the multi-channel electronic system is adopted.The tool electronic system is composed of the main control circuit,the multi-node receiving and acquisition circuit and the phase controlled excitation circuit.The interconnection of the tool electronic system is realized based on the mode of main node and multiple sub nodes.The main control circuit is designed as the main node,and the other circuits are designed as multiple digital sub nodes.The interconnection of each node in the tool is realized by the special tool module bus.The signal-to-noise ratio of the waveforms measured in the field is high and the waveform characteristics are clear.The detection depth of the monopole transmitting and azimuthal receiving mode is about 40 m.The tool electronic system realizes the acquisition of large dynamic range wave signals,which can meet the measurement requirements of the far detection azimuthal acoustic logging tool.It can provide reliable and high signal-to-noise ratio downhole measurement data in the multi azimuth and deeper detection depth measurement mode.
