摘 要:在笼式调节阀等百分比流量特性孔的基础上,用直线段拟合原本呈不规则形状的阀笼孔,并使之整体呈现锥形。研究各个锥角与锥高变化对笼式调节阀流量特性的影响,目的是为简化阀笼孔的设计提供新的思路。方法是应用solid works三维软件对整个调节阀进行建模,计算等百分比曲线并设置函数拟合实验,确定适用于拟合流量特性曲线的函数,设置参数及变量,进行单一变量实验,分析实验所得数据结果,得到各个几何参数的最佳取值。在单一变量实验基础上设计正交实验,计算并绘制出正交实验所得最佳参数组合的流量特性曲线,得出调节阀阀笼孔最佳参数组合结论。In this paper, on the basis of the percentage flow characteristic holes such as the cage regulator, the valve cage holes with irregular shape are fitted by the straight section, and the whole valve is conical. The influence of the changes of each cone Angle and cone height on the flow characteristics of the cage regulator is studied, so as to provide a new idea for the design of simplified valve cage holes. The method is to use solid works 3D software to model the whole regulating valve, calculate the equal percentage curve and set the function fitting experiment, determine the function suitable for fitting the flow characteristic curve, set parameters and variables, conduct a single variable experiment, analyze the experimental data results, and get the best value of each geometric parameter. The orthogonal experiment is designed on the basis of single variable experiment, the flow characteristic curve of the best parameter combination obtained from the orthogonal experiment is calculated and drawn, and the conclusion of the best parameter combination of the valve cage hole is drawn.
