焊条保温桶智能检测系统设计

摘　　要：针对目前焊条保温桶检测过程效率低下,方法落后的现状,设计了一种基于STM32和Qt的焊条保温桶智能检测系统。系统使用STM32F407ZGT6单片机、集成式三点测温热电偶、MAX31855热电偶温度转换芯片实现了焊条保温桶内部温度自动采集,并通过Qt实现了温度数据实时显示、保存、曲线绘制、检测结果判定及历史数据查询等功能。经实验验证,系统具有测温精度高,稳定可靠等优点,具有良好的实用价值。Aiming at the inefficiency and backward methods in the current verification process of welding electrode thermostat-barrel, an intelligent verification system for welding electrode thermostat-barrel based on STM32 and Qt is designed. The system uses STM32F407ZGT6 microcontroller, integrated three-point temperature measurement thermocouple, MAX31855 thermocouple temperature conversion chip to realize the automatic internal temperature acquisition of welding electrode thermostat-barrel,and realizes the real-time display, storage, curve drawing, verification result determination and historical data query of temperature data through Qt. Experiments have verified that the system has the advantages of high temperature measurement accuracy, stability and reliability, and has good practical value.
