摘　　要：随着国内工商业的蓬勃发展,工商业用气量的实时数据监控对燃气企业的计量管理显得十分重要。但用户安装不同厂家、不同通信接口的流量计,给无线数据采集器的实际应用带来了重大困难。针对这种情况,本文设计了一种基于4G-DTU的多通道无线数据采集器。该采集器具有远程阀门控制、用气状态监控、阶梯气价实时调整以及数据分析,异常报警等功能。实验结果表明,所设计的无线数据采集器具有性能稳定、维护方便的优势。With the rapid development of industry and commerce, it is very important to monitor the real-time data of the gas consumption. However, users install flowmeters of different manufacturers and different communication interfaces, which brings great difficulties to the practical application of wireless data collector. Aiming at this situation, this paper designs a multi-channel wireless data collector based on 4G-DTU. The collector has the functions of remote valve control, gas status monitoring, real-time adjustment of ladder gas price, data analysis, abnormal alarm and so on. The experimental results show that the designed wireless data collector has the advantages of stable performance and convenient maintenance.
